What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
We have a minimum order amount with 500USD per an order. You can mix several brands on an order; however, some brands has a minimum order quantity per an item. You can also check the quantity for order units through the product description page. We have two types of order such as Inbox Unit order or Pieces Unit order. Inbox Unit quantity means the number of items in one box. For the pieces unit order items, you can also make an order with 1 piece. If you search items on search box, you can sometimes find two types of items under the same name. In that case, you can order it through inbox unit or piece unit even if the wholesale price is not the same as others.
Can I add or cancel my order?
You can also cancel the order before you pay for the order. As soon as I receive the payment, I do promptly process the order and you cannot cancel the order any more. If you want to add some more or remove items, you can ask me that when you need it.
Can I request you to supply any other brands which was not updated on your website?
If you can’t find a certain product, please ask me to update it. I will check it and upload them to it as soon as possible.
Do you provide MSDS for each products?
It depends on brands. You need to ask me about that when you place an order.
Which payment options are available?
We accept Bank Trasfer, Paypal, Western Union. For all payment option, you should pay the transaction fee on your side.
Which currencies do you accept?
We accept all currencies such as USD, SGD, EURO and so on. KRW also available.
What are the payment terms?
You need to pay 100% of the amount for the order when you confirm the order.
Which price term do you use?
I offer the price based on EX Work term.
Why the price is changing every day?
The basic price for the wholesale is KRW(Korean Won). It changes everyday by the daily exchange rate.
Delivery lead time
It takes 4~5 working days to prepare your order after I receive the payment. However, it sometimes takes more days to prepare it. We will let you know if there is any delay for them.
What are the available shipping methods?
We normally ship packages through EMS or DHL. However, you can ask what you need after you consider the condition of your customs in your country.

How to calculate the shipping cost?
We will give you the estimated shipping cost first. After the packages will be ready to ship, we can calculate the exact shipping cost. If there will be a left amount for your order, you can use it on your next order or request me to refund for this.
If not, you can pay the shipping cost later. As soon as your order is ready to ship, I will give you the amount to be paid for the shipping.
How to clear the customs on my country?
You should find a solution for them by yourself. Some shipping companies can clear the customs issue but you should basically check it how to clear them. Our price does not include the customs fee on your country.
Can I get packages to my address in Korea?
Yes, we can deliver packages to your Korean address.
Do you attach any invoice on box or include it inside the box?
We do not attach or include invoice on box until you do not request that.
What should I do if I receive the wrong items?
If you receive wrong items, please contact us as soon as you receive the packages.
