2. How to check the wholesale price?
In order to get the wholesale price, you should join logonkorea.com. After you join there, we will approve you as a wholesale member. If you cannot get approval in 24 hours, please send me an email or message through SNS

4. What is your M.O.Q(Minimum Order Quantity)?
We have a minimum order amount of 500 USD per order. You can mix several brands on an order. Most of the brands have a minimum order quantity per item. You can also check it through the product description page.
5. What is the wholesale price?
We put the retail price and wholesale price on the website. As soon as you log in to the website(logonkorea.com), you can check the wholesale price. If you do not join the website, you cannot check the wholesale price. It is a member-only website.
6. What is the lead time?
It takes 4~5 working days to prepare your order after I receive the payment. However, it sometimes takes more days to prepare it. We will let you know if there is any delay for them.
7. Can I add or cancel my order?
You can also cancel the order before you pay for the order. As soon as I receive the payment, I do promptly process the order and you cannot cancel the order anymore. If you want to add some more or remove items, you can ask me when you need them.
8. Can I only order it with an in-box unit quantity?
You should order it by in-box unit quantity. However, some brands can be ordered by piece unit. I will add this information on a special page. Inbox quantity means the number of items in one box. You can check it on the product details page.
9. Can I request you supply any other brands not updated on your website?
If you can’t find a specific product, please ask me to update it. I will check it and upload it as soon as possible.
10. What is the product's expiry date/shelf life?
We normally ship products which were produced recently. If items are not fresh, I will report them to you before the shipment.
11. Do you sell product samples?
I can also supply them to you if they are available to sell from the manufacturer. You can ask me what you need first.
12. Do you provide MSDS for each product?
It depends on the brands. It would help if you asked me about that when you place an order.
